Module thoughts please for Arduino on ESP32-S3

Hi all, I'm wanting some ideas for expansion modules to make for my Hyper S3 Rocket board running Arduino. What 'shields' or modules have you found are the best for robotics, drones & rockets? Can you suggest if this list looks good or if you would make any adjustments? Audio Shield I2S Amplifier Microphone Speaker External IO Shield Servos JST (I2C) LCD Relays Motor Shield Dual Motor Drivers Robot Servos Wireless Comms Shield GPS (on UART pins) LoRa/Low Band width Radio I've already got RTC, Charging, Power, Memory and Motion sensing covered, but any other ideas would be great.
