Contractor to repay $156K stolen from N.J. school district in fake overtime scheme

A Pennsylvania man pleaded guilty in federal court to embezzling more than $156,000 from the Hillsborough Township School District through a fraudulent overtime scheme that included paying approximately $70,000 in cash kickbacks to a former district official.Kenneth Gratto, 55, of Dingman’s Ferry, Pennsylvania, appeared before U.S. District Judge Robert Kirsch and admitted to the embezzlement.
