Simple Markdown Notes Programm

I'm using Markdown notes Editor like Obsidian on my Mobile device and Ubuntu. I sync them with syncthing. Obsidian is fine but a little overkill for me. Is there any offline Markdown notes editor for Ubuntu that is really simple. Something like Simplenote. For Simplenote i need account. It should list tags (#tags) and should save notes in folder. It would be nice if it could somehow integrate nice into gnome. I tried couple od Markdown notes for linux but most of them lack something, or they have to much options, or the scaling is off etc. Something really simple.
