Bengaluru’s tax gap, not tax rates, is the real resource problem: Krishna Byre Gowda

Bengaluru plans to map properties outside the tax network and bring them into the system to widen the tax base without raising rates, Greater Bengaluru Development Minister Krishna Byre Gowda told ET.
