California Licensed Systems Administrator

To support the Pathology and Genetics department, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage complex system configurations, oversee application support, and drive incident management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Conducts business-specific projects, applying deep expertise to solve complex problems and monitor progress towards organizational goals Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system and application-specific issues, ensuring stability and performance of enterprise systems Creates and maintains documentation for system configurations and procedural information, while providing technical support for production environments Required Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, along with a minimum of eight (8) years working in IT or operations Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages Five (5) years of system administration experience
