Director of Data & Technology

Seeking a full-time Director of Data & Technology, this strategic leadership role will manage the implementation and optimization of enterprise data systems and operational technology to transform the company into a fully data-driven private equity real estate firm. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms and create a centralized data architecture across various departments Develop executive dashboards and real-time reporting systems to enhance visibility into portfolio performance and operational metrics Integrate platforms and build workflow automations to eliminate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or technology operations Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Sigma Strong understanding of APIs, ETL pipelines, and systems integration Experience in building executive dashboards and reporting systems Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical executives
