Senior Director of Information Security

To lead a transformative security strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to balance innovation and cyber risk management in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engineering-first security architecture and DevSecOps practices Direct incident response and threat detection initiatives, modernizing the Security Operations Center Establish continuous compliance automation and risk governance frameworks to support regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and software platform security 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security tools Strong ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and stakeholders
