Weak, tiny, scrappy and sunny
Hello Friends, Things started off quietly on Tuesday morning, but the wind should turn southerly before long and energy levels will start going up. The MHL buoy was seeing 1.3 metres of 6.5 second period wind bump from the NE. Once it arrives, the south change will be followed by ramping south swell and by tomorrow the Bureau tells us to expect 3-4 metres by midday. Unfortunately, the south wind will be 20-30 kts for a couple of days. However, Friday morning remains a hopeful prospect with the models showing 1.5-ish metres of SE wind swell and light wind. Have a good one! Weather Situation Northerly winds will increase during today ahead of a trough bringing a southerly change to most of the coast during today. After this, southerly winds will persist as a ridge of high pressure extends across from the west.
