DEP To Hold Oct. 14 Hearing [If Requested] On New Title V Air Quality Permit For Webco Industries Oil City Tube Division In Venango County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the September 12 PA Bulletin announcing a comment period and an October 14 hearing-- if requested-- on a new Title V Air Quality Permit for the Webco Industries Oil City Tube Division in the City of Oil City, Venango County. (PA Bulletin, page 6106) The new permit will incorporate an alternative method of complying with RACT III requirements and will amend the State Air Quality Implementation Plan. The hearing-- if requested-- will be held at the DEP northwest Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street in Meadville starting at 10:00 a.m.To request a hearing or register to speak at a hearing, or to inquire if a hearing will be held, please contact Tom Decker at 814-332-6615 or his email is: thomadecke@pa.gov.
