Network Operations Manager

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Network Operations Manager will lead the management system for Network Operations, focusing on automation, operational readiness, and continuous improvement while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and lead the Operational Excellence function, including its operating model and governance Own the automation and tooling strategy for Network Operations, prioritizing work that reduces manual effort and operational risk Define and govern operational-readiness criteria for new products and services before production handoff Required qualifications 8+ years of experience supporting or operating large-scale production environments Experience supporting broadband, telecommunications, or service provider solutions Strong understanding of customer-premises equipment (CPE) including broadband gateways and routers Experience working closely with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams supporting CI/CD pipelines Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, operations, or equivalent practical experience
