Bouyant force is a consequence of fluid pressure
I came across this question in a pre recorded lecture where we have to find force on the cone. The instructor in video said that the net horizontal force is due to the pressure acting on the cone being symmetrically cancelled out in vertical direction and the net vertical force was due to bouyant force on the cone. Isn't bouyant force a consequence of fluid pressure? If then how is an extra force acting on the cone in addition to the net force due to pressure?
