JRM completes relocation, consolidation of MJH Life Sciences headquarters in Monroe

The facility, located at 259 Prospect Plains Road, has allowed the largest health care engagement network in North America to relocate and consolidate three sites into purpose-built space that’s meant to foster collaboration and support its continued growth, according to JRM. That includes 99,000 square feet of office space supporting more than 500 employees, featuring open hoteling areas, collaboration zones, conference rooms, a café with a catering pantry and critical infrastructure such as a dedicated server room. The construction manager, which worked alongside a design team with Mancini Duffy and engineers from Rock Brook and Harrison-Hamnett PC, also highlighted a new 8,000-square-foot production studio as a standout component of the project. The space required a structural cutout through the first and second floors and significant building modifications to support advanced content creation and post-production operations, the firm said, citing its scope and complexity. “This headquarters consolidation is a true reflection of what JRM does best, delivering complex, large-scale environments that bring people and operations together under one roof,” said Marc Reissman, an executive vice president with JRM. “From the open collaborative spaces to the fully custom production studio, every element of this project was built with MJH Life Sciences’ mission and growth in mind.”
