Interested candidates should possess a minimum of a second-class Lower degree in a relevant field obtained from a recognized university, with at least fifteen (15) years of post-qualification cognate experience in administration or management, of which a minimum of twelve (12) years must have been in a university, and possession of a relevant postgraduate degree, as well as membership of relevant professional bodies.
