Leading operational oversight for outsourced Sales call centers, the full-time salaried Sales Operations Senior Manager will manage a team focused on performance management, partner accountability, and continuous improvement in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee the Call Center & Distribution Support function for Individual Dental, ensuring effective operations across internal teams and outsourced partners Manage and coach Sales and Distribution Support professionals, focusing on operational reporting, SOP development, and performance management Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance workflows, strengthen SOP documentation, and improve consistency across teams and partners Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, communications, health care, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 8+ years of experience in sales operations, call center operations, or vendor management 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing operational support teams Experience managing outsourced call center relationships with a focus on KPI management and performance improvement Strong process improvement background with experience in developing SOPs and operational practices
