Ruby N. Lewis takes lead at Vancouver’s Culture, Arts and Heritage Commission

Ruby N. Lewis was appointed president of Vancouver’s Culture, Arts and Heritage Commission in January, replacing Brad Richardson, longtime executive director of the Clark County Historical Museum. Lewis, 43, is also the president of the nonprofit Please Don’t Die Black Men, aka PDDBM, which hosts the annual Black History Month Fashion Show and offers cultural and creative after-school programs for Clark County youth.
