WASHINGTON >> Anthony Fauci, the former top U.S. infectious disease expert, declined to answer questions at a Senate hearing today, invoking his constitutional right against self-incrimination and accusing Republican Senator Rand Paul of an “unhinged” campaign to see him imprisoned.
