Someone reset my password

Guys - unsure how this happened but I have my cell with me and also have passkeys enabled but got this email. When I logged in, I could not with my regular password and had to go to iforgot.apple.com to change to a new password where my passkey allowed me to log in and do it. But how did someone reset my password and how can I find what location or IP address they logged in from to do it - is there an Apple Helpdesk for this?
