Is true reality vastly different or only slightly different than what we perceive? [closed]

Our brains filter reality into something we can make sense of and allow us to survive and there is no way to view objective reality (if that even exists). However, if we could see a reality that is completely removed from our perception-would the true reality be unintelligible and confusing or only slightly different than we what we perceive (based on what little evidence we have on this) Maybe quantum effects become macroscopic and local???
