North Beach Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct, Trespassing at Hospital
David Reidy Brosnahan, 54, of North Beach, has been charged with disorderly conduct, trespass on private property, and failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order after an alleged May 30, 2026, disturbance at CalvertHealth Medical Center in Prince Frederick. The charges stem from an incident on Hospital Road in Prince Frederick. A deputy with the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office reported being dispatched to CalvertHealth around 10 p.m. for a disorderly call. While responding, the deputy was told that Brosnahan had been escorted off the property and was becoming argumentative and physical with staff. When the deputy arrived, Brosnahan was speaking with Cpl. Evans outside in the hospital parking lot. The deputy wrote that Brosnahan appeared intoxicated and extremely agitated. According to the filing, Brosnahan said he needed his shirt and wanted deputies to get it for him. The deputy and Cpl. Evans explained that they did not have the shirt and that it had been taken as evidence. After speaking with the charge nurse, the deputy reported being told that Brosnahan had been released from the hospital and needed to leave.
