Two Waldorf Residents Arrested After Stolen Ford F-150 Located at 7-Eleven In Waldorf
Ionta Eugene Proctor, 41, and Alize Margaret Phipps, 23, both of Waldorf, are charged in separate Charles County District Court cases with felony theft of property valued at $1,500 to under $25,000 after court documents say they were found in a Ford F-150 reported stolen from Prince George’s County. The cases were filed May 22, 2026, and both remain open in District Court for Charles County. According to the charging documents, the incident began on May 22, 2026, at about 5:42 a.m., when PFC Harden of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office received a license plate reader alert from an agency-issued vehicle. The alert involved a Ford F-150 with Maryland registration 9EE1379 in the area of Bensville Road and Billingsley Road. Court documents state that the registration was checked through NCIC and confirmed as a stolen vehicle from Prince George’s County. The vehicle was later seen on Middletown Road in Waldorf and was observed turning into a 7-Eleven on Middletown Road, where it stopped at a gas pump, according to the statements of probable cause.
