Maybe we are lucky winds and dream aren’t out yet

What will we even do when the series is complete? I feel like theres such a fun community around theories and speculation as to what will happen in the final two books and all this will dissolve shortly after they are released, the asoiaf community will become like the lord if the rings fandom, stale and with nothing to look forward too. Maybe its best that the books take as long as feasible to come out so all the fun arguing and theorising and discussing what they might contain and mean and what the themes and twists he may include are. I doubt there will be anything like this level of engagement with the material when its all released and we know the ending, perhaps the longer the books take to come out the longer the fandom will be at its most interesting submitted by /u/DependentRounders934 [link] [comments]
