Managing post-award financial activities for multiple institutional core facilities, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Financial Analyst will ensure compliance, financial integrity, and strategic planning while collaborating with faculty and administrative departments in a remote work environment within Texas. Key responsibilities Oversee budgeting, account management, billing, and reporting for post-award financial activities Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports to support operational and strategic decisions Ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional financial policies while conducting periodic audits Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 2 years of business experience, including project management or accounting Experience in post-award grants management and financial reporting Familiarity with financial analysis and budgeting in a healthcare environment Knowledge of federal regulations such as Uniform Guidance and DFAR
