Newbie Building a Product

Please be gentle. lol I'm building a product. I just need a screen that can play animations from an SD card or from some more complicated cloud file. SD is preferred, I think. Customers will order animations that will play on the screen. The product is more complex than that but for tech sake... that's it. I asked ChatGPT which screen to buy and it said this: ESP32-S3 7 Inch 1024x600 IPS Screen Touch Display LX7 Dual-Core 16MB Flash WiFi BT5 Development Board for ESP32 GUI LVGL HMI. Is there a more cost-effective way to get a screen to play an animation from an SD card in the product? It's just a video and doesn't need to be more complex than that. I've spent about two days trying to get a colour bar test going on this screen, and although I enjoy it, I want to take a hammer to it. lol Ideally, I would like to have a larger screen in the finished product. Thinking 10 - 12 inches. There are two screens in each product, each playing the same animation. Am I currently using the right product, or is there a simpler and cost-effective way to do this? Today I even thought of a photo frame that plays videos, but I can't have the glitch from a loop that most of those would have when looping. Needs to be continuous. If it's easy enough it would be nice if my customers could buy additional animation packs and have them upload to their product. But I don't think it is.
