Business Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the company's revenue and commerce systems in a full-time, individual contributor role, ensuring seamless operations without manual intervention. Key Responsibilities Own configuration and ongoing health of core commerce systems, ensuring smooth order and payment processes Translate business needs into platform-native solutions and enable marketing and customer success teams to execute independently Serve as the primary contact for system vendors, driving issue resolution and ensuring system outputs are accurate Required Qualifications 5+ years in systems, technical operations, revenue operations, or eCommerce operations roles Hands-on experience with end-to-end commerce systems, including payment gateways and subscription management Working knowledge of payment infrastructure and decline/Dunning management Proven ability to configure and execute directly within platforms Experience maintaining system stability across the order payment fulfillment lifecycle
