Senior AI Analyst, responsible for leading AI initiatives and translating advanced AI capabilities into business outcomes in a full-time, salaried role. Key Responsibilities Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams Own the development lifecycle for AI initiatives, including requirements gathering, validation, and post-launch evaluation Act as a senior liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment with business strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required Master's degree in a related field is preferred A minimum of four years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related technologies Experience in regulated environments, preferably in financial services or the mortgage industry Familiarity with AI governance practices and model risk management
