Senior Trust & Safety Manager, responsible for overseeing the development and governance of content and behavior policies in a full-time role. Key Responsibilities Own the lifecycle of content and behavior policies, including authoring and maintenance Lead policy interpretation and establish consistent enforcement strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective policy implementation and communication Required Qualifications 6-8+ years of experience in Trust & Safety Policy or a related field Deep expertise in platform policy development and enforcement models Strong judgment in handling complex policy decisions Experience working with Legal, Operations, Product, and Communications teams Strong understanding of global regulatory trends and digital platform governance
