FCC approves Verizon’s $1B purchase of spectrum assets from U.S. Cellular

WASHINGTON >> The Federal Communications Commission said today it has approved Verizon’s 2024 $1 billion deal to acquire some spectrum assets from U.S. Cellular to expand its network capacity and coverage.
