How can I install a Python 3.13+ MCP extension in Claude Desktop without installing Python 3.13 system-wide?

I want to install the Windows-MCP in Claude Desktop, however the "Install" button in Claude Desktop is greyed out as my Windows' Python version is lower than 3.13. But I do have some Conda environments with Python version 3.13 and higher. How can I get point Claude Desktop to it so that it lets me install Windows-MCP?
