Giulia Italian Bakery Brings Authentic Italian Baking to Alpharetta City Center

This marks the fourth metro Atlanta location for the pasticceria and panetteria, featuring fresh confections crafted with ingredients imported from Italy ALPHARETTA, Ga. (April 30, 2026) – Giulia Italian Bakery, a vibrant Italian panetteria and pasticceria known for its commitment to natural ingredients and community, is bringing its craft to Alpharetta City Center. Opening this summer in the heart of downtown Alpharetta, this will mark the brand’s fourth metro Atlanta location. Guests can expect a daily selection of authentic Italian baked goods, all made from scratch with premium ingredients sourced from Italy. Giulia Italian Bakery was founded in 2020 by brothers Ben and Seth Gjuka with a simple goal to bring fresh, authentic pastries and breads to the community using the highest quality ingredients sourced from Italy. Each day begins at 4 a.m., as the team prepares a wide range of handcrafted baked goods, from croissants and bombolones to baguettes, sourdough breads, and seasonal pastries. The menu also features sandwiches, cakes, and focaccias, all made from scratch using carefully selected ingredients such as Italian cheeses, cured meats, and specialty imports to deliver an authentic, elevated experience. “From the beginning, Giulia has been about more than exceptional pastries and breads. It is about creating a place where people from all walks of life come together and feel a true sense of community,” said Seth Gjuka. “Alpharetta City Center brings that vision to life. It captures the classic Main Street feel that is often missing today. That sense of connection drew us here, and we are excited to bring our passion for high quality ingredients and authentic Italian baking to downtown Alpharetta.” Giulia will also serve Italian wine, beer, coffee and gelato. The space is crafted to foster community and connections. Foods are elegantly displayed for you to choose from. The atmosphere is a blend of rural charm, cozy comfort, and chic elegance, creating the perfect backdrop for every visit. “We’re always looking to bring in concepts that not only elevate the experience at Alpharetta City Center but also genuinely connect with the community, and Giulia Italian Bakery does exactly that,” said Lisa Carter, property manager at Alpharetta City Center. “Their commitment to tradition aligns seamlessly with the character of the property, and we’re excited to welcome a concept that encourages people to slow down, gather and enjoy the moment.” Alpharetta City Center is a 26-acre mixed-use destination in the heart of downtown Alpharetta, providing over 30 shops, restaurants and service providers to the greater community. Last month it was announced that Amasa, the latest concept from local restaurateur Juan Calle, will open at the property in summer of this year and will offer vibrant Mexican cuisine. Last year, the property celebrated the opening of Sunset Alpharetta, a tropical-themed restaurant offering chef-crafted cuisines and an immersive cocktail and wine program, and Ginny & Daughters, the first brick-and-mortar location of a handcrafted luxury home goods brand.
