I will be 40 this year and I’ve have a pretty bad weight problem for the last 12 years or so. In the middle of November 2023 I maxed out at 323 pounds. I have finally got to a place where I can go to the gym regularly. By cutting my diet to down to less than a 1000 calories a day and doing crossfit 3 to 4 times a week I am down to 300 today.
