Driver for L14 Gen 2? [closed]

I want to dual boot Linux with Windows. But apperantly my disk is corrupted and I have to run chkdsk /f or something like that on a elevated cmd to fix that. The problem is: I can't get to admin rights. When I tried to do that in winRE where typically you have a cmd with admin rights, I found out that it has bin deactivated or whatsoever. The "Advanced options" tab is missing. So I'm trying to use the cmd from a bootable stick, but when I plug it in, the "Select driver to show hardware" screen pops up. After some research I found out that I will have to download the driver of my Motherboard and select that one from a second usb.

Which driver should I use for my Lenovo L14 Gen2 Type 20X1 S0X2?
